Dr Bryan Hale
DC, MNZCA, Developer of the Hale Technique Applied Kinesiology, Chiropractor
Having studied Chiropractic in Canada graduating in 1974 and then working in NZ and overseas, I settled with my family in Christchurch in 1984 and set up Integrated Health Care with the help of Anne Osmers (who is still with us!). It was then through my own health issues that I started researching and developing the Hale Technique which I am very passionate about and continue to develop and learn new things to apply to best help our patients.
I still see patients 2 days a week, plus mentor and teach associates. I have published my first book ‘Reflections on Health’ about the technique and I am working on another book to be published in 2020.

ND, Grad Dip (Clin. Nut.), NZSN
After experiencing a stroke as a competitive triathlete at a young age, I started seeking a natural approach to optimise health & wellbeing. This led to my naturopathic studies. I graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy and a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Nutrition. I spent several years working as a Naturopath, prior to owning a natural health store & clinic here in Christchurch.
I am passionate about natural health and I’m currently studying Osteopathy to enhance my skillset.
Outside of work and studies I love getting outdoors, mountain biking, hiking and exploring the countryside.
I have personally experienced the Hale Technique initially as a patient, for over 20 years. I am grateful to be in the position where I can work with the Hale Technique to benefit others and have recently become one of the practice owners.
